Got a ukulele stashed around the house somewhere? Because of its small size, it’s the beginning instrument for a lot of kids, who later graduate to something more formidable such as guitar.
But you can have a lot of fun with those little things, which are widely associated with Hawaiian music. Bring it on down to the Coventry branch of the Cleveland Heights-University Heights Library for the monthly ukulele jam. Don’t worry if you think you’ve forgotten how to play — all levels are welcome and music will be provided. It’s free.
