The Rowley Inn, a humble workingman’s bar located on the seam of Tremont and the Flats, dates back to the mid-20th century when Cleveland’s factories and mills were flourishing. A new owner purchased it in 2014 and promised few changes. It’s still a cheap place to grab a sandwich and a beer, or watch a game on TV. No frills, just old-school hospitality.
