The former Gavi’s space in Willoughby was empty for four years before SOL Kitchen brought new life back to the historic 1920s former streetcar powerhouse in 2016.
It now seats 250 in the spacious room, which adds modern touches to the original industrial architecture. Guests come for the menu with its Spanish and Latin-American-influenced cuisine and the drinks, served at the three bars, with a drink list heavy of craft beers and Polynesian-influenced signature cocktails (some of them sharable). Come for Happy Hour, dinner or weekend brunch.
