Signature brews include Rat Tail Ale (an American Amber), The Piper India Pale Ale, Black Rat Imperial Stout, Field Rat Wheat, Pride of Cleveland Pilsner, and Rat Trap Lager. Seasonal brews vary, by season, of course.
