Peninsula Art Academy is a nonprofit cooperative run by volunteers that has been around since 2006. There is always an art show going on at the academy, with the exhibits changing every six weeks.
This place explodes with creativity and color. With a studio, gallery and classrooms all in one place, it’s an environment that just makes you want to create.
Classes are sometimes tied in to complement whatever art show is going on. Artists at the academy teach classes ranging from glass blowing to weaving.
