Looking for someplace casual and fun to go show off your Halloween costume? Head down to the Happy Dog at the Euclid Tavern for its Bumpin’ at the Happy Dog East party. The music will be provided by DJs Lawrence Daniel Caswell from This Moment in Black History, Darrick Grant of WCSB 89.3 FM’s Eclectic Soul, and Charles McGaw of WRUW 91.1 FM’s On the One. And that music will be all about dancing — funk, soul, R&B, disco. And Caswell’s TMIBH bandmate Chris Kulcsar will be hosting at DJ battle in the Euc’s basement.
Yes, there will be a costume contest with prizes so come decked out. You do still have those eight-inch disco platforms with the plastic goldfish swimming inside the transparent heels, right?
