There’s a lot for indie record store Music Saves to celebrate. For one, the streetscape that has kept Waterloo Road in front of the store torn up for the last year is done. For another, it’s owner Melanie’s ???? birthday. And it’ll be the final Alley Cat Friday with music out back in its cozy little courtyard area. Bring what you like to drink, grab a vegan treat from Goody 2 Shoes Bakery, provided free by Music Saves, and head back to listen to music from Cleveland’s The Very Knees, who play rough-draft pop with a forceful lilt.
