Do you like playing music for fun and companionship but question your level of innate talent? Do you still have that ukulele you messed around with in grade school lying around the house somewhere? Fish it out and head over to the Cleveland Heights Library’s Coventry Branch for their monthly Tuesday night Ukulele Jam.
You don’t need to be good — but you can be. Players of all ability levels are invited to bring their ukes and rock out. Don’t have one but think this might be fun. A ukulele is one of the cheapest instruments you can buy, as well as one of the easiest to play. Pick one up for less than fifty bucks and be amazing your friends by summer’s end. They’ll start to call you “Don Ho.”
Music is provided, and the jams are free.
