You know you’re not that busy on Tuesday. So come on down to Mahall’s 20 Lanes for its monthly Outlab: Experiments in Improvised Music series, taking place downstairs on its Locker Room stage.
There’s no set lineup of bands. Musicians interested in exploring jazz/improv are invited to come on down with their instruments and form bands with the musicians — even ones they may not know — to engage in open jams and exchanges of ideas. A drum kit is provided.
It’s free to participate or listen.
