It’s another Neighborhood Night at the Beachland Tavern.
Usually they’re on Monday, a slow night for bars and restaurants everywhere, and a good time for folks in the North Collinwood area around the Beachland who are involved in the service industry or who play in bands to get together and hang out.
This month, it’s on Sunday because that’s Beachland owner Cindy Barber’s birthday, and she’d like to celebrate with friends — which could include you.
One of the acts she’s nurtured, Joey Beltram’s Goodmorning Valentine (pictured), will be playing, along with cigar-box guitarist Jeff Powers & Dolfish (Max Sollisch), acoustic singer-singwriter John McGrail, and Manhattan Beach.
It’s free.
