Odd electronic music is on tap tonight at Now That’s Class, with the fetchingly named Arizona sax/keyboard group Olivia Neutron-John topping of the bill. Although she gets help from friends here and there, the band is really a one-woman act created by a singer/keyboard player who calls herself Anna Nasty.
The Malportado Kids will be bringing their Spanish-language electronic dance-punk not from south of the border but from the east coast, their happy, wacky, frenetic music somewhat resembling a Latino B-52s.
Cleveland synth bands Unikove and Mint Clad set the mood for the show.
The show is free.
