Feel like getting dressed up and going somewhere special New Year’s Eve, but you don’t have a lot of money to spend? Dig out that formal or dinner jacket you rarely have a chance to wear and head on over to Mahall’s 20 Lanes for their semi-formal Enchantment Under the Sea Dance.
Sister DJs Himiko Gogo (Haley Himiko Hudson Morris of Pleasure Leftists) and Hunnydoowop (Sheila Hudson Masters) will be spinning tunes; the duo of John Mr. Johnson and Seth Kopchu will be emceeing.
Mahall’s promises: “There will be dancing! There will be laughing! There will be punch! There will be prom-style pictures! …. however classy you make them.”
It’s unclear where the “under the sea” part comes in. Hopefully it’s just the décor theme and they’re not planning to flood the bowling alleys.
