Space: ROCK Gallery to Hold Rock & Roll Photo Sale

Fri 12/6 @ 6PM

Does your significant other keep talking about that Michael Stanley show you went to at Blossom back in the ’80s? Does your sister often reminisce about seeing the Beatles at Public Hall? Is your 11-year-old niece obsessed with all things Taylor Swift?

Have we got the Christmas present for you!

Space: ROCK Gallery, the music photography gallery on Waterloo Road, is having its first annual Holiday Rock & Roll Photo Sale.

It will include the work of half a dozen photographers, including George Shuba who shot the Beatles’ first Cleveland visit, Janet Macoska and Anastasia Pantsios who photographed virtually every major show of the ’70s and ’80s, Jay Brown and Karen Novak, who documented Cleveland’s underground club scene in the ’90s and ’00s, and Joe Kleon, who shoots all the major concerts today, including Taylor Swift, Britney Spears, and the recent Pink show at the Q.

Shuba, Macoska, Pantsios, and Kleon will be at the gallery if you want to talk to them about their photos or have them sign your purchase.

Space: ROCK will also have the photography sale going on Sat 12/14 @noon-5pm, concurrent with the Beachland Holiday Flea Market going on next door.
