Honor Yven Chouinard. This year the CWRU’s Inamori International Center for Ethics and Excellence presents the Inamori Ethics Prize Ceremony and Lecture in honor of their newest recipient, Yven Chouinard. Chouinard is receiving this year’s Inamori Ethics Prize for his work as founder of Patagonia, which donates a percentage of profits to support grassroots environmental organizations, as well as his work as his lifetime commitment to corporate social responsibility.
Attend the symposium. Before the award ceremony is to take place, the organization is hosting an academic symposium in the mid afternoon. The entire event is taking place at the Cleveland Orchestra’s Severance Hall, and is free to attend. While admission is free to the event, tickets are required.
