Well, where else would you go to celebrate Nigerian Independence Day other than an Italian restaurant in downtown Cleveland.
But La Strada on East 4th Street where DJ Ogo Moussa of WCSB 89.3 FM’s Trans-Atlantic Tapestry (Saturday 2-4 pm) will be spinning hot dance tracks from all over Africa at the Waka Waka Dance Party, in honor of Nigeria’s 53rd birthday.
Come early and have dinner (Italian, not African), then dance until 2:30 AM. There’s no cover charge.
