Understand the world of fermentation. Join the Lakewood Earth and Food Community (LEAF) for a fun and interesting demonstration on how to ferment foods. The demonstration will be held in the Engine Room at the Buckeye Beer Engine and presented by Molly Murray of Wake Robin Fermented Foods.

Free and open to the public! Molly Murray works with Wake Robin Fermented Foods, a Cleveland-based company that makes live cultured vegetable products such as sauerkraut and kimchi. Molly will discuss the nutritional  health value and versatility of preserving food via fermentation and will demonstrate a simple recipe.
