Jacob Swanson and Sarah Marchitelli are both trained classical musicians living in upstate New York. What’s unusual about them is their chosen instrument: saxophone. The two have separate careers but also perform together as the duo Jake & Sarah. And since the repertoire for sax duos is not as extensive as for some other instruments, they’re worked with contemporary composers to craft new works for their instruments. They’re coming to Cleveland to perform as part of Trinity Cathedral’s noontime Brown Bag series. The concerts are free, and you can bring your lunch or purchase one there.
