Are you an RTA rider who’s interested in more than just riding RTA? Want to participate in the organization’s success? RTA currently seeks Transit Advocates for its Citizen’s Advisory Board (CAB).
“The CAB is made up of RTA customers, transportation advocates and others who are interested in advising RTA leadership about their perspectives, interests and thoughts on the entire system.
“Currently there are several positions open: RTA is encouraging interested Northeast Ohio residents to apply. Time dedication depends on how much someone wants to get involved: From a few hours a month of meetings, to more passionate individuals who spend much more time advocating for RTA.
“The purpose of the CAB is to make recommendations on various issues, including current and future projects, along with comments on service changes. The group together monitors the system and current projects and represents other riders in its thoughts and suggestions passed on to RTA leaders.”
