Joyce Brabner has designed the perfect memorial for her husband, Harvey Pekar. It’s not some grandiose monument. Instead, Joyce drew up a memorial with a mission — to recognize that comics are both art and literature and to support the Cleveland Heights Public Library that Harvey loved.
