Fri 6/3 @ 7:30PM
Teenage cellist Hannah Moses and quartet-mate violinist Haruno Sato were, like many people, profoundly impacted by the 9.0 magnitude earthquake and tsunamis in Japan. They were determined to help. And with the help of Cleveland Orchestra musicians Richard Weiss and violinist Jeanne Preucil Rose, as well as Cavani String Quartet violinist Annie Fullard, they arranged a collaborative chamber music concert. The event, Kizuna-Chamber Music for Japan, has no charge but good-will donations will be accepted with proceeds going to the Japanese Red Cross and Doctors Without Borders / Medecins sans Frontières (MSF). Be there Fri 6/3 in Chagrin Falls.
