The Culinary Vegetable Institute offers monthly Earth to Table dinners where you can nosh on gourmet meals prepared w/ local ingredients from top chefs. This month Chef Ellis Cooley of AMP 150 will do the cooking. Menu items include Velvet Mushroom Soup; Braised Lamb in Stew of Dried Beans, Mint, Natural Juices and Brown Butter Kale.
