University Circle Celebrates Martin Luther King, Jr. Day

University Circle comes alive for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. (Not that the Circle is ever dead… It’s always bustling w/ creative & intellectual energy…) Take a shuttle bus to different museums for free admission and special events.

Here’s a taste of what’s open:

University Circle Inc.: The Rink at Wade Oval will be open from Noon-5:00 p.m. FREE.

The Children’s Museum of Cleveland: 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. ($).

Cleveland Botanical Garden: Celebration from  1:00-4:00 p.m. FREE.

The Cleveland Museum of Art: 11:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. FREE.

Cleveland Museum of Natural History: 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. FREE.

The Cleveland Orchestra: Community Open House from Noon-5:00 p.m. Severance Hall. FREE.

Cleveland Public Library, Martin Luther King, Jr. Branch: 26th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Commemorative Program: Remember, Celebrate, Act! A Day On, Not a Day Off! 1:00 p.m. FREE.

Maltz Museum of Jewish Heritage: 11:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. 2929 Richmond Road. FREE.
