Is it true? Will RTA be adding services rather than cutting them. Yes! ODOT has awarded RTA $2.2 million for one year to create and operate a new suite of services. In the works: a C-Line Downtown Trolley, Rock-Line, Campus Connector providing transportation between CSU and Tri-C, Southwest Connector, Southeast Connector and Steelyard Direct line.
