Spotlight Cleveland


If you’re a young professional, recent college graduate, soon-to-be-college graduate, or an up-and-coming skilled worker who wants to get more involved and take advantage of opportunities to engage with organizations in Cleveland.

U.S Senator Sherrod Brown and CSU President Ronald Berkman will open the event and encourage civic engagement among young people in Greater Cleveland.  The event includes an expo for young people to talk directly to representatives from local organizations about volunteer opportunities as well as brief “spotlight” presentations outlining ways to get involved.

Come to Spotlight Cleveland on Sat 10/16 at 3PM at Cleveland State University’s new Student Center, third floor ballroom, and learn why Cleveland is a great place to live, learn, work, and play!  Primary organizers of the event include: City Club New Leaders, Civic Innovation Lab, Cleveland ConneXion, Cleveland Professional 20/30 Club, MotivAsians, PolicyBridge, and Society of Urban Professionals (SOUP).
