An interesting mix of non-native weeds, native wildflowers and shrubs, and rugged pioneering trees awaits you in the Flats adjacent to Tremont. Join Botany and Natural Areas staff as we make a return trip to this area to continue our search for rare and usual plants in the industrial river valley. After the hike, feel free to join the leaders for lunch at Sokolowski’s in Tremont (lunch is at your own expense).
