Sat 8/21 @ 5:30 – 9PM
Over the past few weeks, artists were stationed across the city painting portraits of prominent Cle locations. Want to own one of these cool paintings? They will be auctioned off at the Color Me Cleveland Gala & Auction on Sat 8/21. But, not only that, the gala will feature hors d’oeuvres, beer and wine and the chance to support the arts in Ohio.
The event is sponsored by Artist Archives of the Western Reserve. Read on…
The agency’s executive director, Kenneth Goerg, notes that “Color Me Cleveland is special because it serves multiple purposes. It helps artists raise their public profiles, gives the community an opportunity to enjoy the creative process in a fun summer setting, and helps to financially sustain the AAWR and its important mission of preserving Ohio’s art. It also brings many of our community’s artists together for a common purpose. Those interested in purchasing art at the Live Auction will find something for every taste, including unique representations of Cleveland attractions.”
