Kent/Blossom Music: An array of classical talent

Talented classical musicians abound at the final Kent/Blossom Music concert on Wed 8/4. The Cleveland Orchestra Trio will perform along with some of the finest musicians Ohio has to offer.

The Perfect Mix of Chamber and Orchestral Performance Training. Kent/Blossom Music is an advanced training institute for professional music training operated by Kent State University in cooperation with The Cleveland Orchestra and Blossom Music Center presenting public performances by distinguished artist faculty and talented young musicians.

The [Wed 8/4] program includes the Martinu Sonata for Piano and Flute, Brahms Trio for Piano, Horn and Violin in E flat major opus 40, and Schubert’s Piano Trio in B flat opus 99. Featured musicians from The Cleveland Orchestra are Principal Horn Richard King, Principal Flute Joshua Smith and Associate Concertmaster Jung-Min Amy Lee.
