It’s still got DJs and dancing on certain nights though. And it’s just announced something new.
Starting this week, Leah Lou & the 2 Left Shoes, an oddball local duo who make music with guitar, bass, cardboard boxes, ukuleles and other assorted noisemakers, will be hosting open mic nights every Thursday from 7-11 pm. That should be different from your typical earnest folkie host, and you probably don’t want to bring that deeply sensitive song about your broken heart. Someone might start playing kazoo on it.
