Gigging with Jazz Journalists Association 2011 Drummer of the Year Matt Wilson is an adventure. Just ask his band Arts & Crafts, made up of trumpeter Terell Stafford, bassist Martin Wind, and Gary Versace on piano, B3 and accordion.
Their featured performance in the sweet little Black Box at the new Tommy LiPuma Center for Creative Arts in the middle of the 2012 Tri-C JazzFest was nestled between his work with students on campus and sitting in with the Down Beat Invitational All-Stars.
