Try the New Ohio City Galley’s Four Restaurants at One Four-Course Chef’s Dinner

Mon 1/28 @ 6:30PM

The recently opened Ohio City Galley, which occupies the former Massimo da Milano space at the western end of the Detroit-Superior Bridge, brought a new concept to town, a twist on the old incubator idea. Four start-up chef-owners operate under one roof rent-free for a limited period of time, paying a percentage of their income for services such as maintenance, marketing and utilities to Ohio City Galley, which also works to help them build their brands and business plans to move on to their own spaces.

Currently it’s home to Chef Michael Nowak’s Poca Casual Mexican, Chef Anthony Zappola’s Rice Shop, Chef Vick Searcy’s Sauce the City and Chef Michael Schoen’s Tinman. You can try a taste of each of them at a four-course chef’s dinner, featuring salad, two entries and a dessert.

Tickets are $45; order them here.
