The Holiday Choir Classic at the Akron Civic Theatre is a chance to see some local young people perform and get revved up for Christmas Day.
The evening will features performances by two area ensembles. Heid’s ETC School of Musical Arts is a organization which draws from the greater Akron area for its four performing groups; its high school performers have toured the U.S, Great Britain, France, New Zealand and Australia. Youth Excellence Performing Arts Worshop (YEPAW) offers performance opportunities for middle and high school urban youth to develop their talents, skills and self-esteem, thgrough both arts and academic programs.
Tickets are $12 for adults, $7 for kids 6-12.
