The Plein Air afternoon hosted by the Yards Project, where artists are invited to come and paint together outdoors, has been going on for several years.
When it returns this year it’ll be at a new location. Instead of Worthington Yards in the Warehouse District, it’ll happen at Ohio City’s Tinnerman Lofts. Karen Jaymes will be providing music on guitar and vocalist, while some of the best local artists sketch and paint the surrounding environment. Watchers are welcome too!
There’ll be burgers and hot dogs on the grill as well. To take part, they suggest you bring your chair, hat and sunscreen; however, the weather forecast (big storm!) suggests they might follow through on their plan to reschedule if it rains.
