Nothing upsets us animal lovers than the idea of healthy animals being euthanized because there aren’t enough home for them all. One of the main tools in getting to “no kill” is spaying and neutering all pets. That’s the work PetFix Northeast Ohio, a nonprofit organization based in Euclid does, offering low-cost spaying and neutering to shelters, rescues, feral colony caretakers and private pet owners.
The organization keeps its fees low with benefits such as Sips for Snips. Taking place at the Bottlehouse Brewery and Meadery in Cleveland Heights, it offers raffle prizes, hearty vegan snacks and a drink ticket with each $30 admission (two with each $50 VIP tix).
You’re welcome to bring your well-behaved, leashed dog for free. Buy your tickets here.
