Wed 12/18 @ 7PM
Anyone who has heard Ken Schneck host an event, such as the Ohio Burlesque Fest, knows how entertaining he is and how skilled at interacting with an audience. But he’s not JUST a comedian, emcee and host of the podcast This Show Is So Gay, which ran from 2008-2018. He’s also an author of books such as LGBTQ Cleveland and LGBT Columbus, recently named editor of Columbus-based LGBTQ monthly magazine Prizm AND a professor of education at Baldwin Wallace University!
Schneck will be at the Maltz Museum of Jewish Heritage to lead a discussion about “defining yourself, finding your voice, and using it to heal the world.” And, as anyone who has heard him knows, he uses his gay, Jewish identity as an integral part of his own presentation, and he’ll undoubtedly be sharing both humorous and serious stories from his own life.
It’s $10 general admission, $5 for Maltz Museum members. Make a reservation here.
