Cleveland Mayor Justin Bibb Gives His First State of the City Address

Wed 4/13 @ 7PM

The State of the City address, presented by the City Club of Cleveland, is an annual tradition in Cleveland. But this year’s is likely to be very different from those of the last decade-plus. While he’ll talk about what he’s done in his first 100 days and the groundwork he’s laid for the future, new mayor Justin Bibb, who took office at the beginning of the year, will likely emphasize plans, ideas and changes rather than past accomplishments. So it will be an excellent opportunity to take stock of his goals and priorities. And the energy level is likely to be much higher than it’s been in recent years.

While the free event, taking place at the Maltz Performing  Arts Center, is sold out, due to widespread interest in the new mayor’s plans, the speech is being streamed as well. And the mayor will take questions, which you can submit here.
