Cleveland-based music writer Annie Zaleski has not only contributed to a wide range of national and local publications as a freelancer; She’s also a prolific author with a continually increasing number of music-related books to her credit. She’s written thoughtful analytical books on artists such as Duran Duran, Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga, Harry Styles and, most recently, Cher, newly inducted into the Rock Hall, whose 60-year career certainly provides ample material for a shelf full of books. Zaleski’s book looks at the artist and offers images of the many iconic looks that were central to the public’s perception of her music.

Zaleski will be at the Rock Hall on Saturday June 7 signing copies of her books from 2-4pm. In addition, Kevin P. Keating, author of the rock-infused speculative fiction novel Bridge of Drams, will be signing his book from noon-2pm. The signing is free with RSVP here. In addition, clips from Cher’s 2024 Rock Hall induction will be playing in the theater all day.
