The North Coast Men’s Chorus concludes each season with its June Pride Month Concert, perhaps the most inspiring and uplifting of its programs. This year’s program, wrapping up its 38th season, is titled “We Belong,” sharing stories about the LGBTQ+ community through music, stories, and more than a little humor.
They share, “More than a concert, ‘We Belong’ is a heartfelt celebration of identity, resilience, friendship, and joy. Through powerful choral performances, solo features, and personal stories shared by chorus members, the program reflects on the LGBTQ+ experience while honoring the moments, music, and community connections that continue to inspire hope and pride. Audiences will hear beloved anthems that have uplifted generations, moving ballads centered on love and belonging, and energetic favorites designed to bring the entire hall to its feet.”
“We belong invites you to connect, reflect, and celebrate the LGBT+ journey in a way that is uplifting, inclusive, and unforgettable,” says NCMC artistic director Rich Cole. “Bring your friends, bring your heart, and be ready for a concert that will leave you glowing with pride.”
The concerts take place at the Maltz Performing Arts Center. Go here for tickets.
