Mixed-media painter Jimmy Baker graduated from the Columbus College of Art and Design before getting his MFA from the University of Cincinnati where he now teaches. He’s shown his work across the country and even in Europe. He’s also had a couple of shows in Cleveland at the Shaheen Gallery in 2012 and 2015. And if you liked his work, you probably think he’s overdue for another. Good news: it opens this weekend when Crash and Learn: Recent Works on Paper goes on view at the new Shaheen location in Beachwood.
It will be on view through Friday February 6.
