Wed 11/12 @ 5:30-7:30PM
Cuyahoga Valley National Park’s monthly Low Power Happy Hour events give people an opportunity to learn something usually environmentally related while hanging out and meeting other like-minded people.
This month’s event is a wine tasting hosted by Voyager Beverage, along with an educational talk about how to choose a natural, biodynamic wine. The speaker is experienced tastings host Khloe Zolgharnain, “known for her love of orange wines from Muscat” as well as her “Weed & Wine” series.
Attendees will get to sample four natural wines — from Slovenia, France, Spain and Michigan — and learn the background of natural wines and how they fuel regenerative winemaking that’s ecologically friendly. There will also be light snacks.
Doors open at 5:30, talk starts at 6pm. It takes place at Happy Days Lodge. Get tickets here.
