The Morgan Conservatory will be opening its next show on Halloween, so “spooky costumes are encouraged,” they say. The show itself, titled Form Matters, has nothing to do with Halloween, however. The group show features work by 2024 Morgan artists in residence as well as other artists from around the region who address form in papermaking, printmaker and artist book creation. “Through form and expressive paper media, these artists are able to capture fleeting moments of the human experience,” they say. Participating artists include Lari Gibbons, Alexis Granwell, Bob Herbst, Jeanetta Ho, Isabella Myers, Jen Scheuer and Jerry Smith.
There will be light refreshments. The show is on view through November 22.
