The Rock Hall’s Salsa Across Borders Dancing Festival and Competition warms up this Saturday for the main event September 20. It’s partnering with The Assembly Room for a day of workshops, demonstrations and family-friendly activities, followed by the competition, followed by a social dance party. The competition winner gets a featured performance slot on September Hispanic Heritage Celebration.
