Pachamama Kitchen and Garden in Lakewood began as a delivery business called The Tomato Guys during COVID , focusing on locally grown organic meal. It evolved in late 2022 into what former husband-and-wife owners Will Norris II and Rosie Galaz describe as a “South American French Tapas Bar.”
The intimate space, with a sidewalk patio, focuses on French, Spanish and South American flavors, with the menu built around what’s in season. A short menu of cocktails and beer rounds out tapas choices such as prosciutto deviled eggs, steak chimichurri flatbread and a bread board that can be customized with add-ons.
