Sat 10/12-Sun 10/13 @ 10AM-4PM

Holden Arboretum in Kirtland, with its 3,600 acres of meadows, ponds, forests and gardens, doesn’t really need to do anything special for autumn: autumn comes and wields its influence on the landscape naturally.

But still, for two weekends, Holden is celebrating is Fall Forest Fest with special activities to herald the changing of the seasons. That means a raft of special activities such as wagon rides, making s’mores over an open fire, hay bale play areas, crafts and food trucks offering seasonal eats and drinks. In addition, there’ll be autumn-themed displays around the property to enjoy. It’s free with regular admission.

But if you’re an adult, and want to have even more fall fun, stick around on both Saturdays for Flannels and Flights, a ticketed event where you can taste seasonal beers. Get tickets here.
