The Cuyahoga Valley National Park, encompassing over 33,000 acres right in our own backyard and nestled along the Cuyahoga River Valley between Cleveland and Akron, has once again been ranked as the #9 most visited National Park in the US, hosting nearly three million visitors in 2022, ranked just behind Joshua Tree and Yellowstone. Contrary to popular belief, traffic on nearby busy highways and roads do not count towards visitation, instead relying on traffic counters at National Park parking lots.
