Last Stop Willoughby Features a Market, Parade & Lots of Family Fun

Sat 8/13 @ 8AM

Start your day at “Last Stop Willoughby” at the Willoughby Outdoor Market from 8am-noon. There you’ll find more than 60 vendors bringing all kinds of edibles from produce, to baked goods, meats to coffee. But that’s not all. There’ll be plants and dog treats, jewelry, home décor, body products and lots more.

Then still around for an afternoon of fun. From 10am-2pm, the Kids Zone will offer crafts and other free activities. Yes, yes — that includes face painting so tell the kids not to have a tantrum. And the second annual Chalkfest will be going  on as both profession artists and kids will be decoratng buildings and sidewalks with chalk drawings.

The annual parade steps off from South High School at 2pm and heads down Euclid Avenue and through downtown Willoughby. Find yourself a comfortable spot along the route to watch the floats, marching bands and decorated bicycles. There’ll also be continuous screenings of the Twilight Zone episode “A Stop at Willoughby” taking place at the library from 10am-4pm.

The fun is all free!
