Opening in late 2021 in the former West End Bistro space in downtown Chagrin Falls, Sushi Junki offers various typical types of sushi including handrolls, sashimi, maki and negri, as well as types unique to itself, created by chef Thai Vue in the Japanese style, such as the lobster and crab roll.
The expansive menu also features such Asian selections as pho, chicken teriyaki, shrimp tempura, and the “rainbow, a veritable feast of seafood including tuna, salmon, yellowtail, and saba crabstick, along with cucumber and avocado.
