In mid 2021 the Bake Shop & Café took over the Byte Café space in AsiaTown’s Tyler Village, establishing a permanent base for the Roaming Biscuit, which started as a pop-up in markets and other businesses in 2019. Its menu, oriented to a breakfast/lunch clientele, features biscuits (of course!), along with sandwiches, salads, soups and pasties. It’s open from 7am-2pm Monday-Friday.
