Fri 4/1 @ 5-7PM
It’s time to get that bike out of storage and get it in shape for the coming season (although if you’re like some of the intrepid cyclists we know, you were riding all winter).
Still, it’s been a while since Bike Cleveland, the advocacy group of bicycling in Cleveland, has had a live event so they’re kicking off the start of the season with a staff meet-and-greet at Bookhouse Brewing in Ohio City.
“It’s been so long since we had the opportunity to mix it up with all of our cycling friends!” they say. “We recently added two new staff members, so we’re using this as the perfect excuse for a Friday meet-up to get caught up. Come chat about upcoming projects, current affairs, and future events coming your way. It’s also the PERFECT time to join/renew, or pick up a new tee or socks as the weather warms up.”
The event is free and open to all. Even f you’re not a cyclist you can learn what Bike Cleveland is doing to push for transportation infrastructure the is friendly and safe for all. Bookhouse Brewing has $1 off beer specials until 6pm so get there early.
