Mon 11/15-Fri 11/19
Sat 11/20 @ 6-9PM
If you’ve ever wanted to experiment with hands-on creativity, top by your local Cleveland Public Library or its main branch downtown this week for their 9th annual Maker Faire Cleveland. They’ll be hosting workshops all week in a variety of projects, ranging from knitting to robot-building to origami.
Then on Saturday November 20 @ 6-9pm join them at the Maker Faire Showcase at the Great Lakes Science Center. There’ll be a virtual author talk by science-fiction writer Nnedi Okorafor, demonstrations, experiments and exhibits by area makers, a gaming zone and information from the NASA Glenn Visitor Center and CPL’s TechCentral. You can get a free pass and free parking through the library.
