There’s a lot to celebrate about this year as it comes to a close and we ring in 2015. There’s an abundance of cool events going on in our fantastic city for New Year’s Eve to compliment and commemorate this grand year and welcome the new, untouched, what-is-to-be-awesome 2015 year! Here’s a list of where you’ll want to be out and about in the city:

A Soulful NYE with Wesley Bright & the Hi-Lites – The Beachland Ballroom, 8PM

Doors open at 8PM and the show begins at 9PM. GA tickets are $15 each and GA Dinner Package tickets are $35 each. Guest chef Ryan Kaston will create a special soul-fueled menu incorporating honey from Wesley Bright’s own Akron Honey Company. The tavern will be set up for early dinner seating (7:30 and 8:30), providing your one-stop dinner and entertainment spot to usher in 2015. Reserve a dinner package for only $35 and you get to choose from a choice of yummy entrees in the tavern and then mosey over to the ballroom for DJ Alr!ight and Party set action, a hot set of soul by Wesley Bright and Hi-Lites and then a champagne toast. Brennan’s 30th Annual New Year’s Eve Celebration 2015, 7PM – 1AM

In its 30th year, the annual event at Brennan’s always proves to be good fun. This year’s live music group is Attraxxion, “Feel Good Music From the 80’s and Beyond!” Your $89 ticket (plus tax) includes appetizers, an all-you-can-eat buffet, top shelf liquor, bottled beer, and wine. There will be a champagne toast when the clock strikes midnight, and the night will finish off with a continental breakfast including assorted juices, fresh danishes and hot coffee. Brew Years Eve at Great Lakes Brewery, 7PM – 1AM

Great Lakes Brewing Company is decking out the entire Brewpub for a truly special night of dancing with DJs, live music from Becky Boyd, magic by Rick Smith Jr., and a photo booth. Of course, pints of their award-winning beer! Heavy hors d’oeuvres and three (3) drink tickets per person (beer and wine only) will be provided with your $60 ticket. Cleveland Rocks NYE 2015, 8P – 12:30A

For its second year in a row, Ohio Homecoming is putting on an outdoor festival with music, food trucks, a beer garden, fireworks and a VIP Lounge. The Ohio Homecoming crew is expecting a big turn out, following up the inaugural year of at least 12,000 attendees down on Public Square. This year the NYE experience will rock out in the heart of downtown at Mall B and will be headlined by Cleveland’s own E-V, MGK and Carlos Jones. General admission tickets are $10 and VIP admission is $150. Gates open at 8:00 PM, and the show starts at 9:00PM. The Cleveland’s New Year’s Eve experience will be broadcast live on WOIO, Channel 19  from 10 PM to 12:30 AM. All ages are welcome, but of course, you must be 21+ to drink alcohol. Lago’s Old Hollywood New Year’s Eve 2015 Gala, 7:30PM – 2:30AM

Celebrate the new year with a red carpet night of glam and live entertainment from Lauren Lanzaretta and music spinning from DJ Flaco Flash. Cocktails will be pouring at the open bar with a variety of decadent food served throughout the night. Tickets are $175 per person, $300 per couple and $500 per couple with a room at the aloft Hotel in the flats. Your ticket includes premiere spirits until 2AM, dinner beginning at 8PM, late night food starting at 11:30PM, a champagne toast at midnight and of course entertainment! Music Box Supper Club – Two Event Choices, 8:30PM or 9PM

Not one, but two options for NYE 2014 is what Music Box Supper Club is offering. Option one: Doors open at 7:30P for a 5-Course Dinner & A Show with Hot Djang, featuring Ki Allen. This is a 5-course meal with wine pours, hot jazz, free coat check, party favors, a champagne toast and much more! Dinner will be served at 8:30PM sharp and the concert starts at 10PM. Tickets for non-members are $115 and $105 or members. A VIP upgrade is available with more goodies and access. Those tickets are $150 to non-members and $140 to members. New Year’s Eve at Nighttown with Bobby Caldwell (2 shows: 8PM & 10:30PM)

Legendary R&B, Jazz and Pop Vocalist Bobby Caldwell and his 6-piece will band light up the night with a special live holiday performance. New Year’s Hard Rockin’ Eve Bash, 9PM – 2AM

This Rocksino NYE bash features live music by the popular local music group Disco Inferno. Included in the evening are party favors, a champagne toast, an LED dance floor, party snacks, the biggest disco ball in Ohio, video screen countdown, confetti cannons, DJ’s, a balloon drop and more. Ring in NYE with Mike Polk, Jr. at Cleveland Improv (3 shows: 6P, 7:30P & 10:30PM)

Bring in the new year with local funny man Mike Polk, Jr! The Clevland Improv is offering 3 shows to choose from for this special engagement, so your odds are tripled to experience the comedy and still have time to do something else. The 19th Annual NYE’s Concert & Dance @ Severence Hall, 9PM – 1AM

The Cleveland POPS Orchestra with conductor Carl Topilow will welcome 2015 with their 19th annual concert and dance at Severance Hall. The two-hour concert starts at 9PM with an exciting and wildly eclectic fusion of audience favorites performed by the Cleveland POPS Orchestra to the hot Latin rhythms of the Mambo Kings. The second half of the concert will feature the famous and celebrated Mambo Kings with their blend of Latin rhythms and jazz improvisations. Following the show will be dancing from 11PM – 1AM. Get your groove on with dancing lessons in the Smith Lobby before the show. Tickets range from $31 – $112. Tropidelic, Aliver Hall, Vibe & Direct, Drunken Sunday and Broken Keys at the Grog Shop, Doors 8PM – 2AM

The Grog Shop presents the best line-up of local bands jammin’ out 2014 and into 2015 in all of Northeast Ohio. These 5 hot bands are going to bring it big and create one helluva dance party! Twin Peaks Black Lodge Ball @ Mahall’s 20 Lanes, 9PM – 2AM

From the same people that brought you “Enchantment Under The Sea Dance” last New Year’s Eve here at Mahall’s, Memorabilia Productions bring you this years Twin Peaks Black Lodge Ball.  Mahall’s will be transformed into a wild and wonderful NYE magical party haven based on David Lynch and Mark Front’s Twin Peaks. Dance to DJ Himiko Gogo & DJ Road Chief with night’s special MC’s Snake Grimwood & Krauty McKraut. There will be a delicious special menu of themed cocktails and eats. Vintage Modern Gala @ the Vault, 9PM

This roaring 20’s NYE party will enable you to ring in the new year with sophistication and class. Dress to the 9’s for this fanciful affair in the Cleveland Trust rotunda. This glorious historic vault is a gem that once served the Cleveland’s elite. Windows On The River NYE 2015, 8:30P – 1P

General admission is $105 and VIP is sold out (but you can be added to the wait list should more tickets be added).
